    Hidden gem for food lovers

From the moment we arrived, the warm welcome from the owners and staff made us feel right at home. The room was cozy with stunning mountain views, and the breakfast was exceptional, especially the Welsh sausage. Dining in the converted jail cellar was a unique experience, where we savored locally sourced dishes crafted to perfection.

Limited parking was a slight inconvenience, but I managed to find a spot nearby without much hassle. There were some minor street noises, but they didn't significantly disturb our peaceful stay.

    cozy restaurant
    high-quality bedding

    cozy, cozy, cozy

I enjoyed an incredibly cozy atmosphere in a beautifully converted jail cellar restaurant, where I indulged in mouthwatering meals made with local produce. The exceptional breakfast, with vegetarian options including delicious Welsh leek sausages, was an absolute highlight! My room was a stunning King Room with Mountain View, where the high-quality bedding provided an unbeatable comfort every night.

    strongly recommend 😊❤️

Locally sourced restaurant menu, quirky and intimate dining in the cellar, beautiful historic building

No guaranteed parking outside!!! Wi-Fi service was unpredictable and often missed the mark!!! The mattress in the standard king room felt overly soft, affecting sleeping comfort!!!

    cozy atmosphere
    top-notch menu
    welcoming hosts
    small room

We had a fantastic time exploring Coed-y-Brenin for biking and hiking the Mawddach Estuary. The place has a cozy atmosphere, and the hosts were incredibly welcoming. The restaurant's menu was top-notch, making it hard to choose just one meal. Definitely grab a reservation, as it gets busy. Our accommodations were stylish, and we enjoyed the lovely décor throughout our stay.

Our room was quite small, which might not suit everyone. It's cozy, but might feel cramped for those who prefer more space.

    outstanding breakfast
    limited parking
    night noise
    short walking distance

The breathtaking mountain views from the room added an unforgettable touch to the peaceful ambiance. Breakfast was outstanding, featuring an extensive selection that included locally sourced ingredients, brilliantly cooked and served with warmth. parking options were limited, requiring a short walk to find space. some noise during the night did slightly disrupt the tranquility expected from the setting.
