Hidden gem for food lovers
From the moment we arrived, the warm welcome from the owners and staff made us feel right at home. The room was cozy with stunning mountain views, and the breakfast was exceptional, especially the Welsh sausage. Dining in the converted jail cellar was a unique experience, where we savored locally sourced dishes crafted to perfection.
Limited parking was a slight inconvenience, but I managed to find a spot nearby without much hassle. There were some minor street noises, but they didn't significantly disturb our peaceful stay.

Locally sourced restaurant menu, quirky and intimate dining in the cellar, beautiful historic building
No guaranteed parking outside!!! Wi-Fi service was unpredictable and often missed the mark!!! The mattress in the standard king room felt overly soft, affecting sleeping comfort!!!

We had a fantastic time exploring Coed-y-Brenin for biking and hiking the Mawddach Estuary. The place has a cozy atmosphere, and the hosts were incredibly welcoming. The restaurant's menu was top-notch, making it hard to choose just one meal. Definitely grab a reservation, as it gets busy. Our accommodations were stylish, and we enjoyed the lovely décor throughout our stay.
Our room was quite small, which might not suit everyone. It's cozy, but might feel cramped for those who prefer more space.
